Patients who are on long term medication can order their Repeat Prescriptions either by using the Repeat Prescription Service provided by the local Chemists, handing in their request to the surgery, by post, please enclose a stamped address envelope or by email to any of the addresses overleaf.

No repeat prescriptions are accepted by telephone. A re-order slip is supplied as part of your prescription.
